Learning the fundamentals of Pilates; body awareness, breath work, core strength and alignment is the key to a safe and rewarding practice.
Classes will introduce you to the Reformer, educating you on spring settings, correct body positions in exercises, and will give you the confidence to attend group classes.
Exercises will challenge coordination, body alignment, develop core and postural strength, which will result in a greater ease of movement.
Beginner classes will develop mindful moment practices, helpful breathing techniques, proper exercise positioning and the flow of a Pilates class.

Classes draw on the principles of Pilates and will elaborate on the fundamentals of Pilates exercises that were established during Beginner Classes.
Classes include mobility work, stretching and strengthening exercises to help improve, maintain, or restore physical function, and will introduce variations to exercises. These sessions will help you to improve your posture, core strength, flexibility and balance.
This class is great for those who have graduated from the beginner level, are recovering from an injury, seeking joint mobility or just prefer a gentler, slower paced class.
Classes are more complex as exercises become more challenging with the incorporation of coordinating movements and balance work, further developing your core, stabilizing muscles breath work and the mind-body connection.
Exercises become more challenging with progressions to exercises taught in Reformer 1 Classes. Modifications will be given to foster correct techniques and facilitate proper alignment and development.
Level 1.5 is where you will be introduced to exercises kneeling on the carriage, requiring more balance and focus.
Providing a full Pilates workout, targeting core strength and proper alignment from head to toe.
We will move through exercises at a steady pace, offering variations, working your mind-body connection, increasing strength, flexibility and endurance.
You will leave class feeling accomplished and confident in your training.
